Under the Water Act 1991 and supported by CMDM (Construction Design Management) 2015, Anglian Water has a duty of care to provide a clean and safe water supply.
In certain ground conditions, when laying our pipes, there may be a risk of abrasion or contamination therefore a copy of the report from any ground or soil investigation that you have carried out will be required to ensure that the correct materials are used.
